Some selected highlights of Bamburgh Capital’s more recent experience are as follows:

We helped specialist build to rent provider Rise Homes Limited raise equity funding from private equity firm Gresham House. When combined with senior debt, this enabled Rise to develop two initial schemes in the North West of England as part of its goal to create a leading a provider of high-quality PRS accommodation aimed at the mass market.

We helped management negotiate an acquisition of Epistem from Genedrive PLC, establish a growth plan and then raised £2m of funding from Foresight Group to fund the consideration and provide development capital.
We acted for management on the sale of Baywater Healthcare to the Bastide Group based in France. Management had acquired the business with the help of Duke Street Investments and Souter Investments two years previously.
We acted for the shareholders (NorthEdge and Management) on the IPO of Ramsdens Holdings PLC, raising £15.6m. A year later we acted again for NorthEdge on a subsequent placing of their residual shareholding, raising a further £15.6m.
We helped establish a UK company and raised £1.25m to fund the acquisition of IP and provide growth capital.
We acted for the founders of Orbit Debt Collections Limited at a time of significant growth to help them explore strategic options for the business. This resulted in a sale of the business to the Cabot Financial Group which provided a structured exit for shareholders plus support and investment for further growth.
We acted for the shareholders of Peakdale Molecular Limited when strategic options were being considered. This resulted in a sale of the business to Concept Life Sciences, backed by Equistone which was one of three transactions valued at $100m in total. 
We acted for the Founder of Neudrive in acquiring IP from the Centre for Process Innovation and raising funds.
We acted for the founders of Proveca Limited to help create their business plan and then raise £2.6m from Albion Ventures.  We continue to be a retained advisor to Proveca.
We helped Concepta secure £2.5m of investment from a combination of High Net Worth individuals, the Angel Co Investment fund and Enterprise Ventures. We then advised on the subsequent IPO of Concepta.
We were co-founders of Collagen Solutions helping the CEO acquire a clean room facility based in Glasgow out of Administration. We raised funds from High Net Worth individuals and 12 months later arranged an IPO and advised on 2 pivotal acquisitions, one in the US and one in New Zealand.
We acted for the founders of Harvey Walsh Limited on the sale of the business to Open Health (part of Chime Communications plc).
We acted as the Rule 3 Adviser on the £12m Takeover Code compliant Recommended Offer of Vindon Healthcare plc by Source Bioscience plc.
We acted for the majority shareholder of Casdon plc to raise debt funding to acquire the other minority shareholdings by way of a Takeover Code compliant Recommended Offer.
We acted for NorthEdge when they provided acquisition and development funding for Direct Healthcare Services. We provided commercial and strategic advice.
