It marks a strategic return to independent ownership for Pioneer after the business was originally sold in 2022.
Pioneer provides specialist secondary NHS care services. It works with hospitals, commissioners and trusts to provide high quality elective care, dermatology and therapy services, through insourcing and outsourcing all free at the point of treatment for to NHS patients.
The reacquisition ensures the organisation is well-positioned to continue delivering high-quality services and investing in service development for NHS partners.
