Birch Faraday Capital, an investor in high-quality supported living services, has now completed its second major acquisition, following its purchase of Mediline Supported Living in 2023. This latest transaction strengthens its commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care across the North West and Wales.
Founded in North Wales, Highbury Support Services has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional care to individuals with complex needs. This acquisition ensures stability and continuity of care for residents while reinforcing Birch Faraday Capital’s long-term vision of delivering high-quality supported living solutions.
With this transaction, the combined group now employs 600 people and delivers over 17,000 weekly care hours across the region.
