Bamburgh Capital has led the sale of award-winning digital agency earthware to private equity backed medical communications group Prime Global.
Backed since 2021 by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Prime Global is a recognised global leader in medical communication, evidence and access, and patient engagement.
The acquisition of earthware, a Hertfordshire-based creative digital agency that creates life-changing solutions to real world healthcare problems. complements Prime Global’s scientific heritage and proven delivery and enhances and expands its existing digital capabilities.
Prime Global is headquartered in Knutsford, Cheshire, and has offices in New York, London, Brighton, Oxford, Cambridge and San Diego.
