Bamburgh Capital advised on the sale of award-winning Hertfordshire-based digital healthcare agency earthware to Prime Global, a private equity-backed medical communications group supported by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners.

The acquisition enhances Prime Global’s digital capabilities and complements its scientific expertise in medical communication, evidence, access, and patient engagement.

Prime Global was selected after a carefully selected and discrete marketing process. Earthware were looking for a partner with shared values and people-centric culture and a vision to transform healthcare through innovation, with earthware aiming to develop more advanced digital solutions for pharma and healthcare clients.

Bamburgh Capital led negotiations and oversaw due diligence, structuring a deal that supports long-term success for both parties, and collaborated with growth strategy consultancy twisted loop to leverage sector knowledge and AI-driven insights.
